Mark and Jamie Fioresi are very successful real estate veterans who've had experiences with other web design companies, and quickly found that's all those companies did; design the site. First Team needed a site that worked for them. They wanted a site that not only advertised their services and properties, but would also generate leads and deliver sales.

We put First Team on a content management system (CMS) and gave them the clean corporate look that they desired. First Team can add new content and new pages easily to their already existing site without changing its fundamental nature. The site is easy to maneuver and very user-friendly. Visitors to the site can also search the MLS for properties.

But we didn't stop there. We launched a massive Pay Per Click campaign to drive site visits and conversions through the roof. In a matter of days First Team was picking up hot leads and moving some properties. The graphics as well as the keyword optimized content work to get people interested in the properties First Team has to offer and bring them to the 'Contact Us' page. First Team's site is working to let the world know about land and homes to buy or sell in Southern California and now sales are soaring!
